We can't reach our long-term aspiration of zero harm without the dedication and commitment of our people to creating and maintaining a safe working environment. At our Pachuca, Mexico site, the team celebrate the safety actions of their people with a 'Safer Employee of the Month' award ceremony. This helps to recognise and reward those who have gone the extra mile for safety at their site.
Our Aurangabad team recently organised a COVID-19 vaccination camp, to help protect the health and safety of their team from the virus. The vaccination camp was available to all staff, shopfloor workers, casual labours, trainees and their family members; with the team aiming to protect approximately 700 people through this initiative.

We recently welcomed the first cohort on our first early careers programme, ‘Spark,’. The programme is focused on empowering participants to take ownership and drive their career, and helps people prepare to progress to more senior or complex roles in the future. The programme aims to springboard those in the early stages of their career; from apprentices to school leaves and graduates. Shining potential and a commitment to developing is the criteria for our group. Our 2021 cohort of 22 Morgan candidates, based in 8 countries, passed their assessments to secure their place on this year's programme. We are excited to start this new chapter in developing our early careers talent at Morgan.
