NCART - Protecting & Promoting Access to Complex Rehab Technology
It's CRT Awareness Week! There are so many people who depend on Complex Rehab Technology (CRT) for their mobility and independence. CRT includes individually configured power and manual wheelchairs and their components, seating and positioning equipment, gait trainers, standing devices, and other adaptive equipment designed to meet the needs of individuals with disabilities. CRT Awareness Week is a chance for our community to come together to create a better understanding of what CRT is and why protecting access to it is so important! Learn more about the CRT process at the link below.

The Heart of NSM Champions
Thank you to Appleton City Alderman, founder/chair of Monarch Society Fox River Valley, Inc. non-profit, and NSM client, Joe Martin for sending in these kind words about our Appleton, Wisconsin, branch! “These guys truly represent the company with the attitude we can, we will, we promise! Knowing when I make that call to Sandy Kuptz, CSS, for service, she always schedules appointments around my time. Rex Nystrom, Technician, is super. His skills and knowledge make the time enjoyable. “Dan Phillips, ATP, you should clone Dan and put them in every outlet you have. He could teach customer service, customer concerns, and follow through with the promise. Dan is so special, and we have worked well on ordering my new American-made wheelchair. He understands Medicaid and Medicare requirements. His attention to detail is why I am with National Seating & Mobility."
