Through our Holiday Cheer initiative, we donated over 200 toys to children in need this season! We were so excited to partner with the Elmhurst Fire Department to drop off all the toys in 2021. We would like to extend our utmost gratitude to our team members for making this possible!
From a field of over 900 entries, New Home Star received two Silver Award honors, the second consecutive time we have earned this honor. The Nationals set the benchmark for innovation in home design, marketing, and sales and is one of the most prestigious awards of its kind. We couldn't be more proud of our sales professionals for their accomplishments! We look forward to the announcement of the Gold Award recipients on February 8, 2022!
In October, New Home Star hosted its second annual National GEM Run to raise money for The Breast Cancer Research Foundation. Through our team members' involvement and dedication, we were able to donate $10,000!
On September 16, New Home Star hosted its disco-themed National Teleblitz! The event was a tremendous success due to the dedication from each of our team members as they worked to set as many appointments as possible with prospects and earn Google reviews from their buyers.
Chicago, IL - From July 1-31, New Home Star team members nationwide embarked on one of the organization's most intense competitions. The firm’s sales professionals were invited to compete in the 2021 Summer Games for a chance to win some incredible prizes and a gold, silver, or bronze medal. Challenges were based on three categories: Marketing, Sales, and New Home Connect™ — the company’s sales enablement platform. Agents were encouraged to create show-stopping Sales Associate Marketing Initiatives (SAMIs), achieve the highest sales and sales volume numbers, and earn the most points and survey responses on New Home Connect™.
Chicago, IL - From July 14-18, New Home Star hosted its sixth annual Builder Appreciation Week aimed to showcase gratitude to the firm’s builder partners. Throughout the week, team members rallied together to make a difference and show appreciation on every level of the builder’s business, from the area in which they serve, all the way to the corporate and construction staff members.
