NICErs at our GTC in Pune took a break from brainstorming creative and innovative solutions for NICE to craft clever and catchy jingles for everyday household products 🎶 The creative juices were certainly flowing, and hidden talents were revealed in this fun display of originality and teamwork!
Public Safety and Compliance teams at the NICE GTC in Pune, India came together to show off their Foosball skills. Proving that collaboration is our secret weapon, 20 enthusiastic teams competed in an energetic tournament, each laser focused on the win while having a blast!
Driving success one swing at a time, NICErs in our Sandy office celebrated their long-established summer tradition at Sandy’s 13th Annual Golf Tournament. With an amazing 35 teams participating despite the early morning start, the golfers enjoyed stunning views of the Utah Valley while teeing off and playing a thrilling 18-hole round of golf. Competition was fierce, with NICErs challenging their limits to battle for the top three spots and for individual prizes. Par for the course, fore-tastic memories were made!
With the UK’s sunny season passing in the blink of an eye, NICErs in London kicked their summer celebrations up a notch by bringing the island vibes. Our Londoners ransacked their closets (and seemingly their families’ too!) to compete for the coolest beach holiday outfit, while gathering for celebratory toasts and taking in the city views. NICErs in Atlanta GA., had the special opportunity to bring their kids to work so they could discover for themselves what NICE is all about! The office was buzzing with the sound of laughter and little footsteps, and our mini executives loved checking out all corners of the office, from boardrooms to breakrooms!
Our brave Fellowship of the Code valiantly battled in this year’s Sparkathon, our uber-fun, global, 48-hour hackathon. Teams from all our product divisions huddled together with their thinking cloaks on to create and innovate an array of inspirational and out-of-the-box ideas – some of which will make it into future product releases! Congratulations to everyone who participated. Like the Fellowship, you’ve shown courage, wisdom and camaraderie. We’ll see you next year!

Each year the thrilling 48-hour hackathon becomes bigger and better as NICErs from across the globe explore and develop new product-related ideas.
A special event was held to honor our dozens of Code:Coda mentors, whose hard work and incredible commitment is empowering young girls aged 13-14 years to embrace tech studies and transform the future of the tech world. Now celebrating its 5th year, Code:Coda’s remarkable success is driven by the unwavering dedication of 80+ NICErs who serve as mentors, generously sharing their passion, expertise, and experience with the teenage girls. CEO Barak Eilam delivered an inspiring address, emphasizing the crucial role of igniting a passion for technology in young girls and encouraging them to explore the vast career opportunities available to them through coding and tech.
We’re all about empowering our NICErs including offering women at NICE every opportunity to push boundaries, advance their careers, connect, and draw inspiration from one another – which is supported by our dedicated Women in Tech, Women in Sales, and Women in Product programs across the globe. The Women in Tech (WiT) EMEA community recently enjoyed a powerful event at the NICE London office, with virtual attendees across the region. The women gained insights from WiT mentors and gained from an interesting guest talk on the value of emotional intelligence and how to create meaningful connections with colleagues and customers.
