Some 2,000 NICErs joined from 13 sites globally 🌍 for 2 action-packed days of exchanging insights and learning about the latest CX innovations happening at NICE. Over 175 NICErs delivered original, fascinating, and interactive sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually, on hot topics within AI, Architecture, Product, Development and more. There was even a custom, AI-generated CX Tech Fest song 🎵 It was a celebration of today’s leading CX technology at its finest! CX Proud🙌

The NICE Global Technology Center (GTC) in Pune, India, celebrated 9 years since its opening, with an epic, colorful and entertaining Groove extravaganza that took attendees on a whirlwind virtual trip Around the World! From mesmerizing musical performances and dance acts to stand-up and so much more, NICErs showed off their talents for more than just tech and innovation! The crowd cheered on the India leadership as they walked the fashion show ramp as iconic revolutionaries and rulers of India, bringing the evening to a spectacular close.
