Through employment, SJW is chipping away to break the chains of familial poverty for thousands of people each year!

I Am You 360 broke ground on construction for their new tiny-home community in Tucson. The OneAZ Community Foundation funded the very first home to be built with a $40,000 Legacy Grant! These homes will give at-risk youth a safe place to grow and thrive.
The southern region spent time in the community last month serving with multiple local organizations. We're so proud to see our associates out in the community, fulfilling the OneAZ mission! The team spent a day at Our Neighbors Farm and Pantry to help organize food donations and projects around the facility. The team also brought 104 pounds of food donations with them!

Earlier this month, the Finance team visited the Valley View Community Food Bank in Sun City and spent a couple of hours volunteering at the facility. The team helped the food distribution process from beginning to end, from sorting and bagging food, filling carts for distribution, handing out items to runners, to loading items into vehicles.

Meet Michelle, one of our wonderful Member Care Representatives. Michelle has been with OneAZ for over four years and loves our friendly culture. She says it’s the little things like saying hi in the hallways that make her feel like she has a real work family here at OneAZ. As a Member Care Representative, Michelle helps our members navigate and solve financial situations. When she’s not helping our members, she enjoys hiking and making jewelry.

Our members appreciate Madison because she is prompt and prepared for her appointments, efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. Many of Madison’s moments came from experiences where our members came in looking for a loan and left feeling like part of the OneAZ family. Way to go, Madison!
