We are excited to share that our OneAZ Community Foundation Executive Director, Robert Raygoza, attended JobPath's Stakeholder Breakfast in Tucson to see the impact of our Legacy Grant in action. 🔥 There, we met Tavares who is a newly Licensed Practical Nurse who completed his program at Pima Community College. With the compassionate support of JobPath’s wraparound services and the unwavering encouragement of his coaches, Carmen and Kyle, he pushed through challenges, earned his degree, and is now giving back by mentoring students who are walking the same path. 📈 His story is a powerful reminder of what happens when compassion meets impact. When we invest in people, we ignite opportunities that strengthen families, uplift communities, and inspire others to pay it forward. 🌱 We’re proud to support organizations like JobPath, Inc. that embody these values and create real, lasting change in Southern Arizona. 🤝

Two volunteer efforts. One shared purpose: improving lives in our Arizona communities. 🤝 Our associates partnered with Read Better Be Better to assemble graduation kits for students completing their reading programs to celebrate their hard work and encouraging a lifelong love of learning. 📚✨ We also supported the Southwest Autism Research & Resource Center by creating Christmas cards for the youth they serve, spreading joy and connection this holiday season. 🎄💌 At OneAZ, we believe strong communities start with showing up. Our OneAZ associates helped raise $2,501 for the AdvoKATE Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting children and families facing childhood cancer. 💛 While this effort was led by our incredible team in Yuma, associates from across Arizona stepped up to show their support. Together, we reached a collective $6,000, and this is a powerful reminder of what happens when our statewide OneAZ community unites behind a cause. 🤝 This is more than fundraising. It’s compassion in action. It’s showing up for families when they need it most. And it’s a reflection of OneAZ’s commitment to improving lives in every corner of our state. 💜
