This week, the OneAZ team had the incredible honor of supporting Young & Empowered Women, a 2024 legacy grant recipient, at their General Meeting. This was a powerful gathering dedicated to developing Arizona’s next generation of leaders. OneAZ associates Vanessa, Robert, and Monica represented our team with pride - leading conversations and sharing resources to help young women build strong financial futures. From financial literacy insights to authentic connection, their presence helped fuel a day centered around growth, leadership, and empowerment. Giving back never tasted so sweet! 🍪 OneAZ Credit Union and the OneAZ Community Foundation proudly partnered with the Girl Scouts–Arizona Cactus-Pine Council to donate 1,100 boxes of Girl Scout Cookies to Matthew’s Crossing Food Bank and Foothills Food Bank & Resource Center. The #OneTeam is serious about #NationalVolunteerWeek Last week, we came together to give back in a big way - supporting communities across Arizona through service, heart, and a whole lot of teamwork. In celebration of hashtag#NationalVolunteerWeek, OneAZ associates are rolling up their sleeves and giving back across Arizona! 🌵 We kicked off the week by packing over 1,000 emergency food bags at United Food Bank in Mesa - helping ensure families across the state have access to essential resources. 🥫 United Food Bank supports a region spanning 19,600+ square miles and partners with 120+ organizations to provide food to children, seniors, and families in need. At OneAZ, we believe that bold leadership shapes strong communities. That’s why we’re proud to support Valley Leadership with a $90,000 Legacy Grant to fund their Explore Program over the next three years. This initiative empowers emerging leaders with the skills and connections to drive meaningful change across Arizona. Recently, Robert, Executive Director of the OneAZ Community Foundation, had the honor of welcoming Explore Class 4 as they kicked off their leadership journey. We’re inspired by their passion and can’t wait to celebrate their growth and achievements at graduation in June! Here’s to the next generation of changemakers! 💙✨

In the past month, our incredible OneAZ team has been out in the community making real impact! From our February all-associate event, UMOM picked up no-sew blankets and stuffed animals valued at $5,800 to support families experiencing homelessness. These small comforts go a long way for the children they serve. On March 14, three OneAZ Associates rolled up their sleeves at St. Mary’s Food Bank - packing 3,600 Emergency Food Boxes, 2,040 family bags, and 198 boxes of bread. And shoutout to Marie W. for volunteering with Assistance League of Phoenix’s Delivering Dreams program - bringing clothing, shoes, and hope to K-8 students in high-poverty schools across the Valley. We’re proud to stand with our communities - and even prouder of the Associates who lead with heart. 💜
