When 500 members of our#OneTeam come together, big things happen. 💫💜 Last week we had our Inspiring Dreams event to reconnect with our purpose, unveil our NEW brand essence (details coming soon), and strengthen our commitment to making a difference. And it wouldn’t be a OneAZ event without turning inspiration into action—crafting 170 stuffed bears and 170 blankets for families at UMOM New Day Centers. Saturday #OneTeam saddled up, got creative, and went all out decorating our float for the Tucson Rodeo Parade - and guess what? We won 1st place for Best Historical Float! 🐎✨ From brainstorming ideas to adding the final touches, this was truly a team effort, and we had an absolute blast celebrating our local history together. Moments like these remind us that teamwork isn’t just about what we do in the office—it’s about coming together, having fun, and making memories! A huge shoutout to everyone who helped bring this float to life. 🤠💙

We kicked off February with a focus on empowering the next generation of leaders! OneAZ teamed up with Girl Scouts–Arizona Cactus-Pine Council and brought together 80 community mentors to guide over 50 talented 5th to 8th-grade girls. The girls sharpened their skills with digital sales pitches, boardroom presentations, and even elevator pitches (yes, in an elevator!). We’re grateful for the shared commitment of our organizations to foster mentorship and cultivate future leaders. It’s so much more than just cookies! These girls are mastering the ins and outs of entrepreneurship—marketing, sales, financial responsibility, and customer service, all while running their own businesses. A big thank you to all the mentors who made this event possible. It’s mornings like these that shape tomorrow’s trailblazers. 💙
