Today marked an exciting milestone as we broke ground on Bassett Place at Capitol Lakes!🎉 It was a wonderful day spent alongside residents, future residents, community leaders, team members, and the many partners who are helping bring this vision to life. Bassett Place will introduce 49 thoughtfully designed apartment homes, along with inviting new spaces that foster connection, creativity, and community—including a dedicated art studio, music room, and rooftop lounge. With ground officially broken and construction underway, we look forward to watching Bassett Place take shape and become a vibrant new addition to the Capitol Lakes community! #Groundbreaking #Expansion #BassettPlace

Our Central Office team rolled up their sleeves and joined United Way of Jackson County, Inc. for their Day of Caring, helping build a new gazebo and clear root suckers at the Medford Humanitarian Pear Orchard. 🌱 This incredible orchard—operated entirely by volunteers—donates 1.5–2 million pounds of pears each year to support local families and global humanitarian aid. We’re honored to lend our hands to a place that gives so generously to others.
