We care as much about what we do, as who we do it with and how; in other words, our colleagues and inclusive culture really matter to us. In fact, in last year's employee engagement survey, 83% of our employees reported that they feel like they belong at Pharmavite. To continue to strengthen this strong sense of belonging and pave the path to more inclusive behaviors, we began rolling out our leader-led learning experience, "Creating a Workplace of Belonging Together," which focuses on building a common understanding of terms, definitions and awareness, allyship and advocacy.
