Elysha Hunter first started as a teacher 22 years ago, before being promoted to Educational Director, and now Director of Primrose School of Gainesville. In her educational director role, she trained teachers to deliver the curriculum and made sure they had the supplies, information and skills required. Because of her teaching experience, “I knew what they needed,” she says. “My main goal is to make sure teachers are comfortable and ready to be in the classroom,”. “To make them feel at home here.” She says the new teachers she trains are glad to have the structure found at Primrose schools. In this role, Koros will oversee Primrose’s development strategy, including real estate, franchise sales, and acquisitions and conversions. Sandra Marvin: Bringing New Teachers into the Primrose Family Sandra Marvin has been with Primrose Schools for 17 years, first as a teacher and now as an Operations Director.
