Meet Heather Casarez, Terminal Manager and this week’s QC Women Wednesday highlight. Heather started her career in the trucking industry 20 years ago and, even with two decades of experience, she finds an opportunity to learn and grow everyday. Heather enjoys putting on her working boots to tackle what the day may bring at the terminal and moving all the pieces of the puzzle around to help our Professional Drivers succeed in their day-to-day tasks. Heather’s most memorable moment so far working at QC is witnessing the excitement of Professional Drivers getting into new QC trucks. Meet Victoria Allinson, Manager Driver Processing and this week’s QC Women Wednesday highlight! Victoria enjoys working at QC because of her team and how everyone helps each other succeed. Each team member is extremely hardworking and dedicated to their projects. She shared, “I would not be where I am today without them. I have learned so much from my team as well as every individual at QC that I have met.” Victoria’s most memorable moments working at QC revolve around the Driver Services Kick Off Week. She looks forward to seeing everyone in the office for presentations and team building.

Meet Carol Creamer, Lead HOS Compliance Specialist and this week’s QC Women Wednesday highlight! Carol has been with QC for over 16 years and enjoys helping our Professional Drivers and terminals stay in DOT Compliance with Hours of Service and Roadside Inspections. Carol’s favorite memory so far working at QC has been volunteering during Operation Gratitude to pack care packages to ship to the brave US service men and women overseas.

Meet Amanda Blackmon, ELOG HOS Compliance Specialist and this week’s QC Women Wednesday highlight! Amanda always had an interest in the interpretation of the law and when the opportunity opened up at QC regarding compliance in the safety department, she knew she had found her niche. Her favorite part of her role has been helping professional drivers with their compliance for the past eight years. Amanda’s most memorable moment so far working at QC has been volunteering at the MacDill Airforce Base and putting packages together for our military families. Amanda, thank you for all you do for our drivers and QC!

Meet Amber Hamilton, Billing Specialist and this week’s QC Women Wednesday highlight! Amber grew up in a family of truck drivers and enjoys working for QC because of the high level of support she receives in her day to day operations. Amber’s two most memorable moments at QC have been traveling to Tampa for training and meeting teammates that she had only communicated with via email, and the yearly delicious crawfish boils at terminal 195. Meet Cheryl Gilliam, this week’s QC Women Wednesday highlight! Cheryl grew up around the trucking industry because her father was a professional driver with his own truck. She began her trucking career at QC Affiliate 739 and is currently the On the Job Training Centers Manager (OJT), which allows her to meet different drivers that come through OJT.
