Amala Duggirala is Regions' Enterprise Chief Operations and Technology Officer and has been named to IBM's list of Women in AI for 2020. She was interviewed for the piece and talks about how Watson Assistant has helped Regions digital assistant "Reggie" handle 22% of customer inquiries end-to-end.
