The Field Support Center in Plano, TX had their Holiday Fiesta this past Friday! We had a Mariachi band, Chuy's Tex-Mex, and prizes! Thank you to those who donated great prizes and congratulations to all who won! A BIG thank you to our RAC HR team for pulling this event together. Happy Holidays!

We are happy to say that Rent-A-Center/Acima had record-breaking year, donating $195,000 to Hunger Relief Efforts for North Texas Food Bank and Utah Food Bank! “While 2021 showed signs of improvement from what we experienced in 2020 as a result of the pandemic, the truth is a lot of communities and families have yet to recover. That’s why it’s so important for us to continue serving our communities and supporting causes that help improve the quality of life for families in need,” says CEO Mitch Fadel. “Rent-A-Center is proud to support organizations such as North Texas Food Bank and Utah Food Bank who are fighting hunger in their own communities and empowering families each day.”

Each day, we work to improve the quality of life for our customers and coworkers and that’s why we are grateful for the honor to give back to a military family in need. This season has already kicked off, so be sure to tune into “Military Makeover with Montel,” airing on Lifetime TV at 7:30 a.m. ET/PT these days: · Episode 4 – Friday, Dec. 3 & Thursday, Dec. 9 (RAC Featured) · Episode 5 – Friday, Dec. 10 & Thursday, Dec. 16 (RAC Featured) We’re honored to help serve those who serve our country and truly show that we’re all in this together.
We wrapped up our 19th annual fundraiser supporting North Texas Food Bank (NTFB) last month, and we are thrilled with the overall success of this year! We are pleased to share the Field Support Center raised a total of $145,245.25 to support NTFB’s hunger relief efforts. When you add the $25,000 match donation provided by RAC, we had a record-breaking year, raising a grand total of $170,245.25! Because of our donation, RAC will provide 510,735 meals to those in need in North Texas. Over the course of our 19-year partnership with NTFB, we have raised over $1.5 million in the fight against hunger, amounting to a little over 4.5 million nutritious meals for North Texans!
