Based in London, Paul McGonagle is a chartered engineer with more than 30 years of experience including plant and equipment damage evaluations, lightning and surge inspections, and the assessment and implementation of industry standards. He has spent a large proportion of his career in the power generation, transmission and distribution sectors and has extensive experience investigating a range of solar and wind power installations including solar farms, roof mounted commercial projects, public school locations, and domestic installations. Whilst working with government on renewable energy strategy and policy, Mr. McGonagle helped establish a roadmap that shaped the landscape of a rapidly evolving industry. As a Senior Consultant in our Electrical Practice, Mr. McGonagle's responsibilities include engineering analysis of electrical systems, industrial and construction accident investigations, construction defect analyses for electrical equipment, industrial and commercial equipment maintenance evaluations, and product liability investigations.

TEAM Marissa was formed to honor Marissa Kay Anderson, an Alternative Learning Environment (ALE) teacher who dedicated her life to helping students with special needs. The organization, which recently received 501-C3 designation as a non-profit charity, has encouraged and witnessed random acts of kindness in Marissa’s memory across the globe in the US, Europe, Africa, South America, Asia, and Australia.
