SCAN employees receive a volunteer time off (VTO) allowance each year that enables them to earn their regular salaries while still supporting their communities. #TBT to SCAN's International Women's Day celebration! Watch to see how SCAN's Women's Employee Resource Group, WELL (Women's Employee Leadership Lab), put together a 3-part series of events that encouraged women and allies from across the organization to promote the sharing of personal and professional journeys and discussion of ways to empower themselves to find their voice and be their true authentic selves.
Independence at Home at Home, a SCAN community service, has granted $20,000 to Foundation for Senior Living (FSL). The funding will help FSL serve approximately 85,000 hot meals to older adults with disabilities and increase access to balanced meals and nutritional foods over the course of the next year.
