Employee Appreciation Event! Sabre Plant Supervisors and Managers cooked over 300lbs of meat and fed approximately 350 different Sabre employees to show their appreciation for all their hard work. Huge round of applause to our driven team!

Aaron has been with Sabre Industries for almost 7 years starting as an HR assistant, he then moved to Recruiting and within that year he found his passion for Health and Safety. He was then promoted to a Safety Technician and has since been promoted again to an Environment Health & Safety Coordinator and Trainer. Over the years, Sabre worked with Aaron to enhance his goals, focus on his career development and has been promoted 4 different times. He states, "Since I've started at Sabre, I've learned to be open to learning new things. Sabre promotes, try something new! I learned and made the opportunity my own and have implemented new ideas". Aaron is a prime example of Sabre's focus on internal growth and one of our cultural values at the organization, which is 'Care'. Sabre cares deeply about making our company a safe environment where employees can thrive in their careers.

Welcome Roxanne Hinojosa to the Sabre team! Roxanne has been with Sabre for almost a month now and graduated from Tulsa Welding School and Technology Center with her Welding degree. When asked how her new role is going so far, she mentioned, "I've been enjoying my days. Everyone has been very helpful and I've been developing a lot the last few weeks. Also, I'm the only female on the welding side of my area I work in, but all the Sabre employees have been inclusive and helpful regardless of my gender in the field".

Please join us in congratulating our three newest members to the Hicksville, Ohio Leadership Team! Weston Geyer has accepted a promotion to Inventory Control Supervisor. Wes has been with Sabre since 2017 when he started as a Welder/Fitter. In 2019, Wes was promoted to a Weld Lead. Wes furthered his career with Sabre in 2020 when he accepted a position as a Weld Coach. Mohammad Husein was recently promoted to our Night Shift Bilingual Weld Coach. Mohammad started with Sabre in 2018 as an Equipment Operator. Later that year, he transferred to a welder position where he has exceled over the last 3 years. Mohammad has a great rapport with our Burmese employees, and we are looking forward to building our training opportunities on the night shift with his assistance! Matthew Applegate has accepted a position as our Shipping Manager. Matt began his career with Sabre in 2015 when he was hired as an admin clerk in the shipping department. Matt has a great relationship with our shipping team, and we're excited to see what he will bring to the department as a manager.
