Thank you again to our donors, sponsors, and volunteers. Your support helped make the event a success and allowed us to contribute to these charities in tremendous ways! Veterans Day is a special day for America, as well as for Sevan Multi-Site Solutions. And this year is extra special – it’s the 100th anniversary of Veterans Day. Sevan Multi-Site solutions was founded in 2011 by Army Veteran Jim Evans, together with a cadre of construction and program management experts. Evans, CEO upon founding the company, brought forward the core values and experience he gained during his service as a Green Beret in the special forces leading a team of paratroopers—Integrity, Respect, Teamwork, Excellence and Charity. Sevan was established as a certified Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), and the company proudly employs more than 50 veterans. Here’s a snapshot of what being a Veteran and working at Sevan means to a few team members. Sevan Multi-Site Solutions truly believes in community involvement and helping people. Because Charity is such an important part of its culture, Sevan introduced the Sevan Golf Classic in September 2018. The inaugural golf event held at the legendary Cantigny Golf Course in Wheaton, IL collected over $75,000 which will support Fisher House Foundation, Ronald McDonald House Charities, and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Sevan was delighted to organize this important fundraiser to support these worthy organizations. Over 100 golfers enjoyed supporting the charities, while over 30 volunteers lived out Sevan’s core value of Charity to make the day a terrific experience for everyone involved. No golfers were harmed during the “Golf Ball Cannon” launches (although a number of greenside trees did take a beating!) Attendees had a full day of fun – and together helped build a better world!
