In response to COVID-19, to protect the health and safety of our employees and of those we serve, we have transitioned to using virtual interviews. To help adapt to this change in our recruiting process, we’ve equipped our recruiting team and hiring managers with best practices. Tim Davis, Staff Recruitment Specialist (SRS) for New Jersey MENTOR, shared his experience with virtual interviewing and the value of connecting “face-to-face”: "I'm hearing a lot of, ‘I've never done an interview like this before,’ but aside from some initial technical hiccups, candidates have been quick to adapt and are receptive. It's great to still see candidates respond in real-time.
