SharkByte isn't a typical internship program. It's a 3 to 18-month sprint where interns, co-ops, and recent graduates work on real business problems, build production-ready AI solutions, and leave a measurable mark on the company — before their last day. From week one, you're scoped to a live brief, paired with a Technical Team Lead, and building toward something that will go live. No case studies. No shadow projects. No busy work. Just real problems, real tools, and real impact — across product innovation & quality, marketing and creative virality, reimagining how we work, and operations. SharkByte runs across Boston and Miami as part of SharkNinja's broader AI transformation — the same agenda set by the CEO's AI Council. Early talent isn't on the sidelines of that story. You're inside it. Every participant gets full Claude Enterprise access and a personal AWS sandbox from day one — no approval queue, just build. Top projects are automatically nominated into SharkNinja's $1M AI Awards, competing on the same stage as full-time team members. The program is built for builders who want to learn by doing, move fast, and see their work in production — not in a slide deck at the end of the summer. Most engineers spend years waiting to see their work in the real world. At SharkNinja, it takes months. RoboSharks is SharkNinja's early-career robotics internship — and it's not the kind where you shadow, observe, and hope for a real project by week 6. From July 13 to September 4, 2026, engineers join cross-functional teams onsite in Needham, MA, and get put straight to work on live product challenges — the same ones shaping products that reach millions of homes worldwide. The numbers back up the ambition: 8 weeks to design, prototype, test, and present real engineering solutions directly to SharkNinja leadership. 6+ disciplines — Mechanical, Electrical, Software, Systems, Test, and Quality — all in the room together. Zero ramp-up runway. This isn't a "watch and learn" kind of internship. RoboSharks are hands-on builders who thrive in ambiguity, comfortable working through problems before the answers are obvious — bringing real CAD, embedded systems, and mechatronic experience to the table from day one. That's what it means to be a RoboShark. Open to bachelor's, master's, and doctoral students — and recent grads. Explore the program: https://careers.sharkninja.com/robosharks
There are opportunities that only come once in a lifetime. This is one of them. SharkNinja is looking for elite, viral social creators to join its social media team — hit-makers and community builders in New York, Paris, Miami, London, Madrid, Berlin, and beyond. The numbers back up the ambition: in 2025, SharkNinja grew its Instagram and TikTok following nearly 15x faster than its peers, and its products generated billions of impressions worldwide. 2026 is shaping up to be even bigger. This isn't a "get someone coffee" kind of early talent program. Creators here are generating tens of millions of impressions from a single 60-second clip, unboxing products that create entirely new categories, or turning a recipe hack into something millions of people watch — all while doing what they'd want to be doing anyway. That's what it means to be a Social Shark. Explore open roles: https://careers.sharkninja.com/socialshark
Our Chief People Officer, Elizabeth Norberg, sat down with HR Brew to talk about what a "bigger, bolder" people strategy looks like at SharkNinja. From launching in-house mindset coaches to help employees navigate AI's impact on their roles, to redesigning offices to break down silos between teams, Elizabeth's approach treats culture as a real competitive advantage — not just an HR checkbox. With plans to grow the team by 700–1,000 people this year across APAC and EMEA, it's a good time to see what she's building. Read the full feature 🔗
Early Talent Spotlight: Esha Thakur During her 6-month co-op on our Product team, Esha Thakur worked across 10+ products, owned KPI validation, and partnered with 8+ cross-functional teams — going out of her way to shadow Demo and Sensory teams to see the full picture. For Esha, this was her first job in the U.S., and she made it count: from real project ownership to the mentors and friendships that made her feel like she belonged from day one. She set out with one goal — to leave having created real impact, not just collected experience — and by her own account, she did: "I walked out with skills, friendships, and a version of myself I genuinely like."🦈 #WeAreSharkNinja

Every generation enters the workforce facing a defining shift. Today, that shift is AI — and for early career talent, the opportunity to make an impact has never been bigger. At SharkNinja, we see it every day. Fresh perspectives. Fearless thinking. People who aren’t limited by “how it’s always been done.” The next generation of talent sees possibilities others don’t — and they move fast to solve them. We saw it firsthand during our recent AI Hack Week when students joined our teams to tackle real business challenges alongside SharkNinja innovators. We see it in our co-ops, interns, and recent graduates who are already helping shape what’s next across our business. The people entering the workforce today aren’t just future leaders — they’re driving innovation right now. That’s why we’re investing in the next generation of AI-forward talent ready to challenge convention, push boundaries, and build outrageously extraordinary solutions. This year, SharkNinja is hiring 200 early career professionals focused on using AI to solve complex problems, rethink consumer experiences, and help disrupt entire markets.
That's why we created Jailbreak EDU. An extension of our Jailbreak LIVE Hack Week, it brought 35 undergrad and grad students from across the country to take on the most exciting challenges in front of us, all with the power of AI. What they presented was extraordinary. The creativity, the rigor, the passion — and most importantly, the ideas that will shape what comes next. We keep pushing because there's always more to build. These students proved it. Ready to be part of what's next?
We've always believed that culture is a competitive advantage, and Jailbreak LIVE is proof. Last week, SharkNinja teams from around the world came together for our most ambitious hack yet. The energy, the urgency, the refusal to accept that something is impossible: it showed up in every room, on every team, across every time zone. In one short week, teams made months of progress and tackled problems head-on. People who had never worked together found shared challenges, built new relationships across functions and regions, and solved problems side by side that they didn't even know they had in common. Jailbreak LIVE isn't something we look back on — it's something we keep building.
Ten years ago, SharkNinja came together for our first company-wide hack. We pushed past our comfort zones, we challenged each other, and we built on ideas we never would have found on our own. We accomplished six months of work in a week. Today we kick off Jailbreak LIVE - our most ambitious hack yet. Our entire global team is suspending business as usual and going all in together. Because when we ignite the full power of this team, the results are extraordinary. Learn more!
