In February we hosted our annual leadership conference, where Silverado leaders from our hospice, memory care and home office branches meet to train, strategize, renew focus, celebrate and recognize. As is part of the conference every year, the final night of the conference was a dinner and awards ceremony to mark the standout individuals and teams who exemplify Silverado’s values of compassion and integrity. This week associates from Silverado Hospice Orange County and the Silverado Home Office created some truly special and unique cards to share the love with people who may need a little extra today. Our Hospice Liaisons played the role of cupid, personally delivering these special messages to hospice patients and brightening their days with our associates' gorgeous creations.
