The last year, while challenging on so many levels, has also been a very exciting one for us at Skyward. Just one of the many things to be excited about is our 1st formal internship program upcoming in the summer of ’21. In early March, CEO Andrew Robinson welcomed the participants to Skyward on our kick-off video call and set the tone for what will be a very rewarding program for all involved. We’d like to formally welcome them to the Skyward Family: Adam Canton, Rhea D'lima, Ahuva Ehrenfeld, Justin Lewis, Reginald McCalister and Madi Quine

In honor of IWD, we would like to take this opportunity to express our appreciation to the female employees at Skyward, and say “Thank You” for the hard work, dedication and great contributions you make to our organization every day. Engage in Inclusion is one of our five values and central to building a GREAT future. International Women’s Day serves as a time to continue to reinforce our commitment to providing equal opportunities to all at Skyward. On March 12, we will host the first Skyward Women’s Forum where we will have several of our female senior leaders participate in an internal panel, we are calling “Choose to make a Difference”. They will share their knowledge, discuss their career progression, and answer questions. The panel will include Leslie Shaunty, Renee Montgomery, Brenda Craig, and Lisa Manzer. Our VP of HR Cristina Perez will moderate the panel. We hope by sharing their stories and experiences, we can provide other female colleagues with encouragement and an increased sense of motivation and optimism.

We’re delighted to announce Skyward Construction is launching three new expansion classes of business. Skyward Construction will now have Commercial and Industrial Roofing Contractors, Commercial and Industrial General Contractors and Residential Pool contractors.
