Last month, we welcomed 50+ new graduate dentists to Smile Brands at a 3-day event in Chicago. The orientation was packed with learning, camaraderie, and fun, providing a solid foundation to integrate into our Smile For Everyone® culture, successfully run their practices, lead teams, and advance their clinical skills. Most importantly, they built valuable relationships with each other and our Clinical Operations leaders. But it wasn't all work! After days packed with learning, everyone had a blast unwinding with delicious dinners, refreshing drinks, meaningful conversations, and fun games. This event is one of many ways Smile Brands fosters connections with leaders, team members, and communities nationwide. We’re proud of our new affiliated providers and can't wait to see them shine. The Smiles For Everyone Foundation recently held their 53rd outreach that provided free dental care for over 250 patients! This mission focused on the Obu Manuvu tribe, providing services like tooth extractions, fluoride treatments, pit and fissure sealants, and atraumatic restorative procedures. This initiative not only improved oral health but also raised dental health awareness in the community! And it's all thanks to the amazing team of volunteers 🦷💙
To celebrate National Front Desk Appreciation Day, the Bright Now! Dental team in Lorain wore some amazing shirts! We love all the front desk staff on our squad, and we know how hard they work every day. Smiles For Everyone wouldn't happen without the smiling faces at our front desks!

It seems like October flew by with all the fun we had celebrating our hygienists! We loved seeing all of our offices recognize their amazing Hygienists with flowers, treats, and fun photos. We can't wait for the next #NationalDentalHygieneMonth but in the meantime we will continue to celebrate our Hygiene Heroes!
