GEF is a community-based organization whose mission is to reduce barriers to learning and increase access to resources and opportunities for students. His wealth of experience supports Snap's efforts to transform the financial landscape. While growing top-line revenue is key in his role, John is also an expert at developing his team. His advice for leaders is, "Never quit on someone that reports to you. It's your obligation to develop the talent in them and give them every chance to succeed." Sonya Barbi-Sullenbarger, MBA, Senior Director of Corporate Compliance, brings 25 years of experience and an unyielding commitment to upholding the highest standards of ethics. She is a driving force behind Snap's unwavering integrity. Sonya has a master's degree in business administration from Western Governors University. She's worked on Snap's compliance and risk team for 2 1/2 years, focusing on building our compliance management systems including exam and issue management, legal and regulatory change management, and executive complaints oversight.
