This job site is for a German-based client, and they have their own celebrations, including the work-friendly “OktoberRest.”

She first joined the Staff Management | SMX team as an Onsite Group Lead in 2018. Reneasha says working on our team is the most rewarding experience: “I have helped associates find their career, I get to witness our associates being able to have more financial freedom and providing a better life for their family.”

These 250 associates both create the product and help package it for sale at retail stores. This team take great pride in their work; each product is treated carefully throughout the process.

The cold weather is difficult for many individuals and families. Our team in Plainfield, IN, helped their community by passing out more than 60 “Stay Warm Kits!” These kits contained packaged foods, hand warmers, and a pair of cozy socks. This is great motivation to go out and help someone in need.

We’re going to Slater, MO, for our latest Site Spotlight! This team of 37 associates help produce aftermarket air filters. They’re involved in every step of the process, from sewing to operating machines to packing. These products are then sent to other factories and power plants to help reduce emissions. In addition to helping protect the environment, this is also a very safe job site. They’ve been OSHA VPP certified for more than 5 years!
