Moving up from associate to account director—yes it can happen! Just ask Marissa, 😉. Marissa joined our team as a floor associate at our Asheboro, NC, job site. Now she’s leading the job site as account director! This is what Marissa had to say about her experience: "Even when you think you aren't having much of an impact, just showing up, helping those around you, and learning everything you can along the way can change the entire landscape in front of you. Your future is not dictated by who you know or what is in the past, but by the way you reach out and work towards what lies ahead. In today's world, so few people believe that hard work can get you anywhere, but I am proof that showing up and giving it your all can make a difference and take you places."
