Recently, more than 1,200 coworkers came together for our annual company meeting—Beer Fest—a signature Boston Beer tradition that blends celebration, strategy, and connection. From sharing our 2026 vision to diving into learning and development opportunities, the event was a powerful reminder of what makes our culture so unique. We celebrated milestones, strengthened relationships, and recharged our collective energy for the journey ahead.
