We were proud to host 120 CEOs for the annual Tugboat Exemplar. We welcomed them to our headquarters for candid discussions on company purpose and our own evolution from 1975 to now. The Tugboat Institute is a group of leaders who focus on building long-term businesses called Evergreen businesses. They're driven by purpose and focus on building companies that make a real impact on employees, customers, communities, and families. We had an amazing time hosting, showcasing Omaha, and connecting with these inspiring leaders.
