Wow! What an amazing year 2019 was!
During this years holiday partnership with Baby2Baby (B2B), our Mission Task Force coordinated with all departments at home office for the Family2Family program. B2B works with several organizations to identify children who would likely go without gifts this year. Thrivers came together in force to donate 265 items to help make a direct impact on the lives of children living in poverty by gifting them their most needed items for the holiday season. Happy Holidays to all!
Everything we do is a step towards fulfilling our mission to make healthy living easy and affordable. You can get an inside peek into how our Reno Fulfillment Center Site Director, LeVonne Collins, is setting the bar even higher to provide better service for our members in our Start Up Stories blog! http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vM2g1
All through November, our members donated at checkout to support our second annual Thanksgiving partnership with Big Sunday. Last week, Thrivers came together for the organization's food drive in Los Angeles, where we provided $15,000 worth of healthy grocery items, including over 3,250 cans of Thrive Market Organic Pumpkin and 6,500 packets of Thrive Market Organic Gravy. Thanks to our members' generosity, we were able to make an additional donation of $35,000, which provided even more healthy Thanksgiving food items for over 3,000 families in need. This is another example of Thrivers putting our mission into actions! <3<3<3
It's in our DNA to give back and this Veteran's Day, New Chapter donated 10% of their product sales on Thrive Market to The Warrior Connection, and we matched that donation to help change the lives of U.S. veterans and their families. <3 <3 <3 http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vMDSU
November at Thrive Market is officially Movember so let's meet our MoBros! The men of Thrive Market are shaving off beards, goatees, and mustaches so they can grow a mo to save a bro. Movember, the leading charity changing the face of men’s health, started in 2003 based on the mustache's ability to generate a conversation around men's health: prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and mental health and suicide prevention. To date, Movember has funded more than 1,250 men’s health projects around the world, challenging the status quo, shaking up men’s health research, and transforming the way health services reach and support men. And the ladies are getting involved, too—stay tuned for what our MoSistas are up to this month!

In addition to sponsoring the event, more than 30 Thrivers participated in this year's Kickin' Cancer 5K Run/Walk/Stroll to raise money to fight ovarian and breast cancer through prevention, education, and collaboration. It's all about giving back to our communities whenever and however we can!
Joining a bunch of others this month, here's another Thriver celebrating a four year Thriversary! It's been a great run and we look forward to celebrating many, many more with you Walka!
