Daniel Roth (he/him), Software Engineer, details how the iOS team adopted a new UI framework, SwiftUI, to increase productivity and deliver a more responsive user experience. We launched our first-ever Future of the Skilled Trades Report to show support for our pros and bring awareness to the benefits of a career in the trades. After surveying young adults and Thumbtack pros to gain insight into their experiences and thoughts on the skilled trades, we found the perspective is positive — but there’s not enough push to get people in them.
