This week we join Australians in celebrating NAIDOC Week, a time to recognize and honor the rich cultures and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. NAIDOC Week pays tribute to the resilience, leadership, and contributions of First Nations communities, acknowledging their continuing influence today, and the legacy being carried forward by the next generation. This year, our team is looking forward to a special keynote from Dr. Pat Anderson AO, an Alyawarre woman and a highly respected advocate for the rights and health of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. We are grateful for the chance to learn from her insights and experience. How are you observing NAIDOC Week this year? #NAIDOC2026
As Pride Month draws to a close, we are reflecting on a month full of recognition and celebration across our global offices. Throughout June, Trimont's TriPride Resource Group created several special opportunities to honor the history, achievements, and ongoing progress of the LGBTQIA+ community. From engaging with featured stories and allyship education, to wearing rainbow colors or TriPride shirts, to capturing moments at our Pride Month Selfie Stations, our teams rallied together to show their support and solidarity. Pride is celebrated in many ways. How did you mark the month? Thank you to TriPride and to everyone who participated and helped make this month special! #PrideMonth #TeamTrimont

Congratulations are in order to the four members of our 2026 graduating class of rotational analysts â Ethan Gardner, Ethan Lewis, Melinda Montes, and Jamie S.. Over the past two years, these four team members have rotated through Trimont's core business lines, gaining hands-on experience across credit administration, credit and asset management, loan servicing, investor onboarding, and more. To complete the program, each graduate presented a case study on a loan they were assigned during their first 90 days, learning how different teams across Trimont contribute to a loan's performance and servicing. Each of these individuals has now transitioned into a permanent role on the Trimont team, and we are proud of the growth, dedication, and contributions they have made along the way. Congratulations, Class of 2026. We look forward to seeing what comes next! #CRE #CommercialRealEstate #TeamTrimont
We commemorate Juneteenth, the oldest known celebration honoring the end of slavery in the United States. Also known as Freedom Day, its history dates to 1865, when news reached Texas declaring and enforcing that all enslaved people were free. Now recognized as a federal holiday, Juneteenth remains a day to reflect on a period in our history that continues to influence our society, and honor the resilience and contributions of Black and African Americans. This year, Trimont's Black Professionals resource group, VIBE, is marking the occasion with a celebration cookout to recognize the meaning of the day. How are you honoring Juneteenth this year? #Juneteenth2026

This week marks National Reconciliation Week in Australia (27 May â 3 June), a time to reflect on the recognition and rights of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Although this week is founded in Australiaâs history, its message resonates globally: progress is built on understanding, respect, and accountability. At Trimont, we believe that valuing diverse perspectives makes us stronger collaborators, leaders, and partners. National Reconciliation Week invites us to pause and consider how we engage with one anotherâwithin our teams and in the communities we serve. Itâs a reminder to create space for learning, listen with intention, and approach our work with greater awareness. #NationalReconciliationWeek #NRW2026
