Trimont’s Sydney office was delighted to host a Paint and Sip evening last week, bringing together women from across the real estate finance sector for a welcome change of pace. Stepping away from the day-to-day demands of spreadsheets and transactions, we had the chance to explore our creative sides while connecting with colleagues, clients, and friends. Events like this offer valuable opportunities to share ideas, strengthen professional relationships, and find new inspiration—both on and off the canvas. Last week, #TeamTrimont’s rating agency and investor inquiry team rolled up their sleeves with The Bulb in Charlotte, supporting their mission to bring fresh, healthy food to our neighbors. Working together, we sorted 1,127 pounds of food donated by three grocery partners, directly supporting two of The Bulb’s local markets. These efforts helped serve 119 guests and reached 418 household members in just one week. We are grateful for the chance to step out of the office and work alongside The Bulb’s incredible team.
