Kansas City recently took part in the 2026 Kansas City Corporate Challenge, joining over 160 local companies in this celebrated community tradition. Congrats to our flag football team for an outstanding performance—bringing home the gold medal in our division! This year’s KCCC partnered with Habitat for Humanity of KC to support the Pathway at Heritage Park, an attainable housing neighborhood dedicated to providing long-term affordability for working families. Trimont is honored to support this meaningful initiative and to recognize the dedication and teamwork of our KC colleagues. Congratulations to all participants, and thank you for making this year’s challenge a success! #KansasCityCorporateChallenge
May is Mental Health Awareness Month—a timely reminder of the importance of mental well-being in our industry and communities. At Trimont, supporting our employees’ mental health is a year-round priority. Through initiatives like our resource group N.E.W. (Nurturing Everyday Wellness), we are committed to creating a positive workplace environment and providing resources that empower our team to thrive. We invite our network to join us in recognizing the significance of mental health, whether through education, self-care, or community involvement. #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth
In celebration of Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month this May, we honor the rich history and enduring contributions of AAPI communities in the U.S. From early immigration and labor to leadership in business, government, science, and the arts, AAPI individuals have played a vital role in our nation’s progress. This year’s theme, Power in Unity: Strengthening Communities Together, highlights the value of learning across cultures and experiences. Throughout the month, #TeamTrimont will engage with AAPI stories and traditions through educational opportunities, cultural features, and local spotlights that showcase the diversity within AAPI communities. We invite you to join us in recognizing and celebrating AAPI Heritage Month. #AAPIHeritageMonth #DiversityAndInclusion #CulturalAppreciation
This Saturday, we recognize Anzac Day, reflecting on the courage and sacrifice of the Australian and New Zealand Army Corps and all who have served since. While Anzac Day marks the Gallipoli landings, its significance extends to all who have contributed in times of war and peace. “Lest we forget” reminds us to remember their legacy and renew our commitment to peace. At Trimont, we honor those whose sacrifices continue to impact our world. #AnzacDay #Remembrance
At Trimont, we value the role each of us can play in supporting a healthier environment. In recognition of Earth Day, our team is participating in a small initiative to encourage greener spaces—distributing flower seed packets for #TeamTrimont to plant at home or in their community. Earth Day is a reminder that positive change starts with each of us—one seed at a time.🌱 #EarthDay2026 #OurPowerOurPlanet
At Trimont, our Giving Council is committed to supporting impactful charities in our local communities—organizations that are carefully selected and vetted each quarter. We recently had the opportunity to volunteer directly with some of the non-profits we support. In London, our team spent a day at the RSPCA Blackberry Farm Animal Centre, working alongside dedicated staff and volunteers. We assisted with animal care and witnessed the compassion and expertise that goes into rehabilitating animals, including those rescued from difficult situations. Seeing the centre’s veterinary facilities and creative rehabilitation spaces in action was truly inspiring. In Kansas City, our colleagues partnered with HappyBottoms, Kansas City's Diaper Bank, an organization providing diapers to children in families experiencing financial hardship across 15 counties. Our team rolled up their sleeves to help wrap over 10,000 diapers—enough to support 139 children for a month. Volunteering gave us a deeper understanding of how access to basic essentials like diapers can transform daily life for families, and we were inspired by HappyBottoms’ advocacy for policy change. We are grateful for the opportunity to work hands-on with these organizations and for the enthusiasm of our colleagues who make this possible. Thank you to everyone involved for helping us make a tangible difference in our communities. #CommunityImpact #RSPCA #HappyBottoms #TeamTrimont
Our Women’s History Month spotlight series continues this week with Jamie Isenhower, a Credit Administration Analyst in Trimont’s Charlotte office. She shares her thoughts in response to our question: “What does Women’s History Month mean to you, and why do you think it’s important to recognize?” “Women all over the world have been doing amazing things for generations, and it’s important we keep supporting equal rights, opportunities, pay and empowerment. When we lift each other up, we become even stronger together. Let’s celebrate the women whose hard work and courage have opened doors for so many others. Their impact helps women and children thrive today, and we can honor that by continuing to inspire and support one another.” Thank you, Jamie, for emphasizing the power of support and the ongoing journey toward equality. #WomensHistoryMonth2026 #TeamTrimont
Happy Harmony Week! At Trimont, we are proud to join the celebration of diversity and inclusion, recognizing the richness of our varied backgrounds and the shared values that connect us. Harmony Week, first established by the Australian Government in 1999, continues to inspire communities and organizations worldwide to build connection, respectful dialogue, and mutual understanding. The central message is simple yet powerful: everyone belongs. This theme resonates deeply with our commitment at Trimont to creating environments where people feel seen, valued, and empowered to bring their authentic selves. To mark Harmony Week, we’re encouraging our team—and our broader network—to show their support by wearing orange, the official color of Harmony Week. Orange symbolizes open communication, purposeful conversation, and mutual respect—qualities essential for harmony in any workplace or community. #HarmonyWeek #EveryoneBelongs #Diversity #Inclusion
As Women’s History Month continues, we are spotlighting Trimont team members who have answered the question, “What does Women’s History Month mean to you, and why do you think it’s important to recognize?” This week, we are pleased to recognize Maushmi Kumari, Director of Technology in our Hyderabad office, whose leadership and commitment to growth inspire those around her. Maushmi reflects: “I am grateful for the women who paved the way, many of whose efforts went unseen. Recognizing Women’s History Month helps us see how far we’ve come and why equal opportunity still matters while continuing to learn, grow, and quietly support others.” Thank you, Maushmi, for reminding us of the value of recognizing every contribution and for your ongoing commitment to creating opportunities for others. #WomensHistoryMonth2026 #TeamTrimont
