Meet Dawn Brooks, Trinity's Director of Implementation! Ms. Brooks joined the team in 2018 with her prior role being part of our Resolution Department with a specialized focus on new system on-boarding and training. Dawn continuously delivers a high standard of work and has always been willing to consider new ideas and processes for how we operate and utilize our systems. Dawn is now a member of our IT Department and her focus is on administrating our operating systems and successfully on-boarding tools for new acquisitions.
