Thursday feels like the perfect day for a Trinity Team Member Spotlight! Meet Katie Harris (Olson), aPHR, Trinity's Talent Acquisition Manager. Katie has been with the company for five years where she started out as part of the Design Team. Katie joined Trinity’s Talent Acquisitions Team in May of 2022 where she supports the West and South Pods as well as the EOA and FMLA processes for our onsite team members. Katie was previously with Redwood Construction for four years. Many of you know her has Katie Olson, but she married in 2022 and now goes by Katie Harris. She and her husband reside in Dana Point close to the high school they both attended concurrently. Katie is an avid animal lover and has two cats, Tug and Tony. She played collegiate tennis in Pennsylvania and still practices here and there. We are so happy to have Katie on the team and look forward to her continued growth and success! November is the month to remind us to be thankful! Thankful for our health and for one another. It is also the time to give back to those less fortunate. The team at Arrive Oak Brook Heights decided to give back directly to their local community by partnering with Feed My Starving Children. They were able to package, seal, and box up 118 boxes of food, feeding over 70 children for a full year in a single day of volunteering! Go Team! #TrinityWorld #WeAreTrinity
