Perini Management Services, Inc. (PMSI) has been awarded a construction multiple-award task order contract (“MATOC”) by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Middle East District. The contract provides a shared capacity of $900 million over seven years (a two-year base period and five one-year options periods) for design-bid-build services in Israel, primarily for the Israeli Ministry of Defense, as well as for other customers with requirements in Israel. PMSI will compete for task orders under this MATOC, and the scope of services may include maintenance, repairs, alteration, construction, demolition, excavation, site and infrastructure improvements, airfield aprons and pavements, aircraft hangars, utility plants, maintenance facilities, warehouses, and other facilities. This MATOC award builds on PMSI’s portfolio in the Middle East, which includes successfully executed projects in Iraq, Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Lebanon, and Egypt.
Perini Management Services, Inc. (PMSI) has been awarded a contract valued at approximately $35.8 million by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District, for the construction of a new Tool and Die Facility at the Iowa Army Ammunition Plant in Middletown, IA. The new Tool and Die facility will include approximately 56,000 square feet of industrial space. The project includes site development, utilities, and infrastructure; structural steel and concrete systems; architectural finishes; heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, and fire protection systems; electrical distribution and lighting; a facility-scale solar photovoltaic system; telecommunications and electronic security systems; and installation of overhead bridge cranes. The facility is designed to meet LEED Silver certification and includes commissioning of major systems to ensure performance and sustainability. The project also includes the relocation of existing equipment from the current facility.
Tutor Perini subsidiary, Nagelbush Mechanical, has been awarded several new mechanical services projects in south Florida collectively valued at $154.6 million. The four most recent projects include the installation of new mechanical and/or plumbing systems at the Bentley Residences, a 62-story 213-unit luxury condominium development in Sunny Isles, Florida; the residences at 1428 Brickell Avenue, a 72-story 189-unit luxury condominium development in Miami; JEM Miami Worldcenter, a 61-story development that will feature 530 rental apartments and 259 condominium units; and Namdar Tower 2, a 42-story 712-unit rental apartment building, also in Miami. The contract values for these projects were added to the Company’s backlog in the third quarter of 2025. Earlier this year, Nagelbush was awarded a similar mechanical services project for the Olara, a 26-story mixed-use development in West Palm Beach, Florida, which will feature a 287-luxury unit condominium tower, a 170-rental unit tower, and 80,000 square feet of amenities space. The contract value for this project was added to the Company’s backlog in the first quarter of 2025.
Tutor Perini subsidiary, Fisk Electric Company, has been awarded an electrical services contract for the Cruise Terminal G Complex at the Port of Miami. The contract value is approximately $43.4 million. The project scope of work includes a new electrical vault to support electrical distribution switchboards for Terminal G, installation of new conduits to ensure primary and emergency power supply, as well as new main switchgear, automatic transfer switches, switchboards, and panelboards. Additionally, the Terminal G parking garage will incorporate 50 electric vehicle (EV) charging stations, with infrastructure capable of accommodating up to 430 more chargers in the future. The project also includes supplying power to the existing chillers and fire pump at Terminal F, the replacement of the current 2000-KW generator in the Central Utility Plant, and procurement and installation of three additional generators with emergency paralleling switchgear to provide a reliable backup power source for life safety systems, along with advanced lighting for the cruise terminal and parking garage.
Tutor Perini subsidiary, Five Star Electric, has been awarded an electrical subcontract by Skanska/Railroad SPGF JV for the Passaic Valley Sewerage Commission (“PVSC”) Standby Power Generator Facility. This project is a resiliency initiative by PVSC to construct an on-site emergency backup power system at its wastewater treatment plant in Newark, New Jersey. The facility features a natural gas-fired power plant designed to generate 34 megawatts of electricity, sufficient to power the treatment plant during grid failures. It includes three 28-megawatt combustion turbine generators, two 2-megawatt black-start engine generators, and two 164-kilowatt diesel fire pump engines. Five Star Electric’s scope of work includes power distribution, switchgear, grounding, lightning protection, communications and security systems, lighting, fire alarm system, and instrumentation/controls.
Perini Management Services, Inc. (PMSI) has been awarded a contract valued at approximately $41.9 million by the National Park Service for the repair of critical utility systems in the Glen Canyon National Recreation Area in Arizona. The project consists of the design and construction of comprehensive upgrades to the wastewater infrastructure serving the Wahweap and Lone Rock developed areas. The primary objective is to revitalize aging systems by replacing outdated components with modern materials and equipment, ensuring long-term reliability and environmental compliance. The upgraded systems will be designed to meet or exceed the regulatory standards established by the Arizona and Utah Departments of Environmental Quality, as well as all applicable State regulations. The project scope includes cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining and repairs to existing sanitary sewer infrastructure; upgrades and replacements of septic systems, manholes, and lift stations; replacement of the Glen Canyon Bridge force main; installation of backup generators for lift stations to enhance system resilience; and modernization of the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system, including local upgrades at Wahweap and Lone Rock and enhancements to the park-wide radio communication network.
Rudolph and Sletten, has been awarded a contract valued at approximately $960 million for construction of the new UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital in Oakland, California. This is one of several projects for which Rudolph and Sletten has been working on preconstruction tasks with the project progressing to the full construction phase this year. The project scope of work includes construction of an approximately 277,500 square-foot new hospital building with seven above-grade levels and one full basement level, as well as construction of a separate new parking garage of 269 spaces with a rooftop heliport deck adjacent to the new hospital building. The scope of work also includes the installation of a site services trailer and demolition of three existing structures to make way for the new construction. The Black Construction-Tutor Perini Joint Venture has been awarded a task order valued at approximately $181.8 million by the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Pacific for the Guam Defense System - Enhanced Integrated Air and Missile Defense Phase 1 project in Guam. The task order includes two options for additional scope elements that, if exercised, would increase the task order value by $12.1 million. This project, funded under the U.S. Defense Department’s Pacific Deterrence Initiative, includes the construction of an enhanced integrated air and missile defense site complete with its own power generation facility. The power generation facility will include standby power generation, a switchgear building and associated equipment, fuel storage facilities, a fire pump building and water storage, an entry control facility, functional areas, and all supporting infrastructure.
Tutor Perini subsidiary, Lunda Construction Company, has been awarded a contract by Domtar Paper Company, LLC (“Domtar”) valued at approximately $60.2 million to provide construction manager/general contractor (CM/GC) services for the Rothschild Dam Modernization Project. Domtar’s projected total cost for this project is approximately $84 million, which includes Lunda’s contracted scope of work, as well as other anticipated costs. The project is located in Rothschild, Wisconsin. The scope of work includes the replacement of an existing timber dam with a modern concrete dam that will feature cofferdams for river diversion, as well as demolition of the existing timber dam structure, installation of deep foundations for structural support, placement of reinforced concrete, construction of a new control building, installation of a prefabricated bridge, and installation of the new dam gates.
Perini Management Services, Inc. (PMSI) is underway with work on two new projects that were awarded earlier this year. Barrier System Repair at Royal Air Force (RAF) Lakenheath, United Kingdom Customer/Owner: United States Air Force (USAF) Contract Value: $28,404,177 This project was awarded as a task order under the USAF's Worldwide Engineering & Construction (WE&C) contract. The project includes civil, mechanical, electrical, and paving scopes of work involved in the design and construction of security fencing; aircraft, vehicle, and pedestrian gates; infrastructure to support surveillance equipment; and patrol roads. Rio Bayamon Housing Infrastructure, Utilities, and Resiliency, Puerto Rico Customer/Owner: United States Coast Guard Contract Value: $20,463,394 This design-build project will improve the resilience of the electrical and water storage infrastructure and distribution at the Rio Bayamon Housing site. The scope of work includes construction of new access roads, security fencing and gates, patching existing roadways and curbs for the new electrical distribution, and resiliency work, in addition to providing a new utility building, water storage tank, selective demolition, and improvements to existing storm drainage piping.
