This position is responsible for ensuring that appropriate care and services are available to patients and their families. Other duties include providing adequate and appropriate unit staffing on each shift, along with the supervision of nursing, medical support, and utility aide staffs. A successful candidate will have three to five years of nursing experience, preferably in a hospital setting, with at least one year of management experience. BHED is comprised of three separate locked units which can accommodate up to 42 patients seeking mental health care in a patient centered environment.
