We held our annual Open Enrollment meetings today to discuss our total rewards package with the team and the changes for our new plan year starting October 1. The biggest news of the meeting- UPC is significantly increasing their premium coverage for dependent medical plans. Most employees see premium increases and even with our annual renewal increase, UPC employees on plans covering dependents are paying significantly LESS this new plan year for their medical premiums than last year!

We held our annual flu shot clinic today continuing our commitment to our employee's health and wellness. 16 employees got their vaccination in anticipation of 2021-2022's flu season to help keep themselves, their coworkers, and loved ones healthy.
