Anyone else planning on enjoying some grilled goodies this weekend? UPC kicked off Memorial Day weekend early with a team lunch of coleslaw, potato salad, and brats with all the fixings to show our appreciation to the team for all their hard work. The meal's record brats-eaten-by-a-single-employee was 3, so there are definitely some very full bellies at work this afternoon!
