New sleep research from Verily published in Frontiers in Sleep 😴 Changes in sleep are clinically meaningful components for tracking mental and cardiovascular health. Verily evaluated the performance of a wrist-worn wearable, Verily Study Watch (VSW), in comparison to PSG for measuring sleep, showing the potential of VSW.

The details, outlined in a paper published in The Lancet Digital Health, are based on the collective experiences of co-authors representing the Health Data Research UK (HDR UK), Verily and the patient community.
