That is why we have our Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) organization, spearheaded by CPI Director Gayle Davis based in Atlanta, GA. “The Continuous Process Improvement organization serves as the enabler for process improvement and organizational change aligned with Veritiv’s strategic goals and priorities. As a centralized and dedicated resource, we utilize Process Improvement and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to implement solutions based on Voice of the Customer (VOC), Voice of the Process (VOP), and Voice of the Team (VOT),” Gayle said. “Veritiv’s Journey to a Continuous Process Improvement culture will increase customer satisfaction through the added value of streamlined processes. Our Miami Veritiv/AAC team collected hundreds of school supplies to donate to disadvantaged children in the Miami area. Our team worked with the Miami Rescue Mission who will distribute these supplies to students in the community.
