Last week, we joined companies around the world in celebrating the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE)’s Corporate Compliance & Ethics Week! Our global team members had a fun opportunity to participate in a company-wide digital Compliance Scavenger Hunt, along with other localized activities and resources designed to highlight our core value of Integrity. The team in our Parsippany, N.J. office also came together to celebrate Wyndham Hotels & Resorts being named once again as one of the Ethisphere 2024 World’s Most Ethical Companies! #MyWyndham

Congratulations to our Wyndham University team for its recent recognition as 2024 Brandon Hall Group Excellence Gold Award winner for Learning & Development in the category of Best Learning Program Supporting Change Transformation Business Strategy! Thanks to the creation and roll-out of a comprehensive SynXis Property Hub Migration Training Program, nearly 4,000 hotels were successfully trained and onboarded to the new property management system within a year’s time allowing for the launch of a more robust revenue management solution, RevIQ. Kudos team!

Thank you to our honored guests Joe Byron, founder and executive director of Honor Flight New England, and Wyndham Board Member Myra Biblowit for inspiring us with their stories and dedication. Honor Flight New England helps transport our Nation’s heroes to Washington, D.C. for a day of remembrance of those who have served who are no longer with us. We honor and thank our team members and franchisees who are veterans, active military, and/or military spouses for serving our country and protecting our freedom. #MyWyndham

In our Parsippany, N.J. office, our Commercial team, partners at Tata Consultancy Services and our LOTUS Enterprise Resource Group joined forces to host a celebration infused with Hindu culture, lots of delicious Indian food and a creative performance by team members!

Guided by a mission of compassion and service, Open Hand Atlanta helps provide health-promoting food directly to the homes of people who need it. Over the weekend, our SPECTRUM Enterprise Resource Group and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion team took part in the 2024 UNCF (United Negro College Fund) National Walk for Education – New Jersey. Wyndham served as the Local Master’s Sponsor for this year’s family friendly event, which raises critical funds to fulfill UNCF's mission to support its member HBCUs (Historically Black Colleges and Universities), and help students pursue their educational endeavors. It’s a chance for companies, groups, and individuals to uplift more young people of color toward achieving degree completion and educational equity.

As part of Feeding America, CFBNJ works tirelessly to fight hunger by distributing food to over 800 community partners across the state. The team spent the day sorting and repackaging donated goods—everything from popcorn and coffee to laundry detergent—helping ensure these essentials reach those in need. The team shared their thankfulness to dedicate their time to such a meaningful cause! #MyWyndham
