Over 80 Managers and Support Center team members, volunteered to pack bedtime kits for youth in the greater Philadelphia area who otherwise wouldn’t have access to safe, clean bedding or bedtime supplies.

Meet Minerva, a dedicated leader whose journey with honeygrow is a true success story. Starting as a Service Manager at our Radnor location, she advanced to Kitchen Manager, Assistant General Manager, and after five years, was promoted to General Manager at our Exton location. Minerva’s favorite dish? The Red Coconut Curry! For Minerva, the most rewarding part of her work is empowering her team to grow and succeed. As a proud Latin woman, achieving her role as General Manager is a dream come true, and she’s passionate about maintaining high standards while fostering a supportive environment. Minerva is incredibly proud to lead her own store and inspire her team to excel. We’re so proud to have Minerva on our team and look forward to the continued impact she’ll make!
