AMR benefits

Company has great benefits. Health insurance premiums could be worse. Other benefits offered are great.

Expensive insurance that comes out of weekly paycheck. 401K is okay. Everything else it is what it is.

there was no package for part-timers aside from an annual boot allowance of 150 which couldn't get you anything of good quality.

so i hear it is a decent package for single people. family insurance costs $1000 per month. i opted out of insurance and bought privately instead.

Benefits package is decent, but their vacation time needs to better, and easier to use. Local management is very anti-vacation. The 401k plan is decent, especially with the company match, but the fund choices inside plan are not the greatest. The multi tier medical insurance policies are nice.

Best thing about the benefits is that they at least offer one. The health insurance and dental insurance they offer is not worth the price.

Easy to get a job and start your EMS career. Benefits seemed to get smaller for the same premium cost.

Part timers have totally flexible schedules.
