High deductible plan. Chairman constantly talks about AT&T being able to influence the insurance market given it's size, but when the plan changes with increased costs, the Chairman always uses the excuse that this is where all other companies are headed.
Additionally, prescription drug plan is only through CVS/Caremark. I've struggled as mail order lacks reliability and local CVS locations are terribly understaffed. I'd like some choice.
