Performance Bonus

Unrealistic goals. Some of these goals require customer surveys. All it takes is one bad survey, even if wasn’t your fault, you’ll still lose out on your bonus

Compared to other companies, it was aboveaverage.

Performance bonus is largely based on corporate performance

Good plans you need to hit multiple sales targets to max out

Seems to shrink every year, especially if the company plans to buy out/merge with another company. I would say you average around a 10% bonus unless it happens to be a year where the company didn't dish out huge amounts of money to expand the business and you did really well individually

Commission is not bad but this company is shrinking it more and more

NIce yearly bonus depending on company and ORG

We did get bonsuses but I can not remember now what mine was. I remember it was good.

Very reasonable and paid regularly every year.
