Performance Bonus

They used to give out stock options for a job well done and all those stock options turned out to be WORTHLESS. The average employee has NO control over the Bonus received.

No benefits as a contractor.

Based on your individual and your team's performance, the bonus was quite generous. Also, you and your team were treated to other activities and perks.

It was good to let you know the areas that you as excelling or need improve

Contractors get no access to benefits

commission for accounts saved, selling equipment, bundles

Non-existent. The would wheel a cart with candy cards around and if you hit a goal for a stat, you would get a candy bar. Embarrassing. Or, if a supervisor hear you say something good, you would get a gold coin. After 5 coins, you could spin the wheel. One time I won a small luggage set, one time a casserole dish, one time a bottle water, one time I won 1 extra gold coin.

Some get it monthly other get it every 6 months and others get it once a year depends on your role.

We used to get a yearly cost of living raise but they changed that to a yearly stip award (money). After they got that in, then they would just say we didn't hit their metrics and either cut it down to nothing, or not give us anything
