Pros:there are required training videos before you are allowed on the sales floor. Then you shadow some employees for 2-3 weeks to get an idea for work demand, style, expectations and practicing customer service. There is always more to learn. Cons: It's a lot of information to retain sometimes for some employees. Sometimes the needs of the store may require you to cashier when you would rather be on the floor or visa versa depending on the current staffing.

Often rushed or avoidant.. depends on how you do your first day.

I was trained for about 2 days. The job is quite fast paced and you must pick it up fast

The 401k is really good they really contribute

They gave you the bare basics so you wouldn't chop a finger off but i left with all 10 so yay

You are required to take the job training online through Acenet

A lot is there but not always about advancing one's career
