On the job training is relaxed and not very entailed. Management is not very clear when assigning job duties.

The caliber of people there is below average. Including individuals responsible for training.

Second-rate videos with online quizzes produced by ACE Corporate. Little time afforded to "take" the training. Very poor "hands-on" training. Practically non-existent manuals or procedural guidebooks for any of the jobs.

If you're full-time and considered a "valuable employee" they might send you to get training in a specific area. (Amy-Howard Paint, Traegar Grills, etc.)
